Frequently Asked Questions

Where will my massage session take place?

You have a choice. Massage by Nicole can come to your location or you can
come to our warm, comfortable, relaxing environment. The session takes
place on a massage table or massage chair especially designed for your
comfort.

Must I be completely undressed?

Most massage techniques are traditionally performed with the client
unclothes; however, you may decide what amount of clothing you prefer to
wear for your own comfort. The therapist will leave the room while you
undress, relax onto the table, and cover yourself with a sheet. You wil be
properly draped at all times to keep you warm and comfortable. Only the
area being worked on will be exposed.

What parts of of my body will be massaged?

You and your therapist will discuss the desired outcome of your session.
This will determine which parts of your body require massage. A typical
full body session will include work on your back, arms, legs, fett, hands,
head, neck and shoulders.

Will oil be used?

A light oil or creame will be used to permit your muscles to be worked on
without causing excessive friction to the skin. The lubricants used will
hydrate the skin and be readily absorbed.

What will the massage feel like?

In Swedish masage, your session may start with broad, flowing strokes which
will help to calm your nervous system and relax exterior muscle tension. As
your body becomes relaxed, pressure will gradually be increased to relax
certain areas. You should communicate immediately if you feeel any
discomfort so that another approach may be taken. Massage is mose effective
when your body is not resisting.

What should I do during the massage?

Make yourself comfortable. The therapist will either gently move you or
tell you what is needed throughout the session (such as lifting your arm.)
Many people just close their eyes and completely relax. Others like to talk
during their massage. Feel free to ask the therapist questions about
massage in general or about the particular technique you are receiving.

Now for the really down-to-earth Frequently asked Questions and Answers...

How much for an hour?

My rates start at 75.00 and go up from there depending on what your body
requires. Deep tissue requires more effort on my part and more money on your
part. Half Hour $45. If I'm traveling to you add $20 for time and gas.

What kind of massage is it?

I tailor the massage to your body's needs at the time of the session. I'm
trained in a variety of modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports
Massage and Prenatal. Pressure styles vary from Light to Deep, Deep to
Light, and somewhere in-between. Pressure depends on your preferrence.

Where are you located?

In the heart of the Galleria. Luxurious waterfalls, covered parking. All
the amenities of home, a shower, a pool, a jacuzzi, a fridge. Most of my
clients tell me they that they don't want to leave and that they want to
move in- it's just a warm, comfortable a place.

What are your hours?

I work by appointment only. I just take as many appointments that I can
handle per day. I insist on giving each client - from the first to the last
- the best massage possible... so my hours are flexible. I'd prefer to stay
between the hours of 9a-7p, but that's unreasonable for those of us - like
you - who work 9-5. The hours are expandable. I've got Saturday and Sunday
hours too. Book early and often!

Do you have a reserve list if someone cancels at the last minute?

Yes! I do! If I have an opening at the last minute, I'd be happy to call
people on my reserve list who want a massage at a great discount for being
able to drop what they're doing to come in and see me. ...just give me your
name and number and the best times you're available!

Do you have a referral reward program?

Yes! I do! For every new client that you send me, I'll send you a Referral
Reward Certificate valued at $10. or 15 minutes. You can collect them, sell
them, or give them away to friends and family.

deserves a great massage. I take my training and skill set seriously. This

Yes, just call me.

Massage works excellent at trade shows. It brings potential clients into
your booth that may have not made it in before. While relaxed in the chair
they can listen to your sales pitch you'll be giving to other clients.

Everyone at the show will be talking about the booth with massage.

It's also is a way to take care of your employees that are working those
long hours helping your business grow. Houston's Top Businesses to Work
utilize massage as a way to reward their employees and show their
appreciation.
